ETA: I'd love to know how you processed this. Message edited by author 2008-06-08 00:22:37. |

twoby tnunComment: I like the water drops. They are so bright and clear. I really miss the color though, I don't think this converted well to b&w. |

IMG_2272_Wild-Rose.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: Interesting. It doesn't look at all rose like -- especially those shiny smooth-edged leaves. The difference between wild and hybrid is quite amazing. |

Ordinary Swamp Rabbitby MelonMusketeerComment: Nice sharp detail for such a severe crop. I think our rabbits are called marsh rabbits. I wonder if they are the same. Perhaps not, because I think our rabbits have shorter ears. |

Aerial Balletby JedusiComment: How wonderful. The tack sharp branch, really sets off the blur of the action. The colors are like a flame -- blue down in the center and yellow above. The light is so good too, with that dark background for contrast. |

IMG_2371mini-wild.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: Cute kid. I like the tight curls on his head. It's funny that you should choose a child for the wild challenge. I have always felt that photographing children of this age is just like photographing wildlife. |

Circlingby PrismComment: Very ominous, both the bird of prey and the stormy sky. I'd try to sharpen the silhouette, perhaps with a very fine clone tool around the edge. |

Into the Woodsby PrismComment: I adore the light in this photo. You did an amazing job of combining your images. I would really like to know how you did it. There is so much vibrancy in this landscape. The composition draws me in. I even feel hesitant to enter, because that tall grass looks like it harbors a lot of ticks. I'll just have to pull on my boots and go for it. |

Cedar Waxwingby PrismComment: This is a nice field guide sort of photo, but I like the first one better. That one gives me the feel of the natural setting, and I like the way the branches sweep up to the top left corner. I don't mind the fact that the bird is looking out of the frame. However, you did a great job of removing the branch and that is a big improvement. |
