Hey, I recognize this outfit from the Cowboy challenge. Looks better on you than on the hanger. :) Good shot Brian. Nice high contrast, especially in the hat, shirt, and collar tip. I like your title too.

I like the shot the way it is, but I wonder if you had cropped it down to a standard portrait (including the hat and collar point) if it would have scored higher for this High Contrast challenge.

Oh, BEAUTIFUL! How funny of you, who almost always does b&w, to post a color photo for the high contrast challenge. I think you may be entering a new phase in your art. This is in the same realm as Insectivora, which I also really liked.

I really like this image. The high contrast is excellent. And there is sort of a Yin/Yang effect with the light and dark sides of the sheep contrasting with the light and dark shadows of the barn.

Wow, not a single comment, and no explanations for the low scores. That stinks. I think this is very appropriate for the high contrast challenge, and I like the duotone/partial desat. I like the subject and the composition. I can see why it didn't blow away the voters (no action, no sunset, no beautiful girl, no cleaver set-up), but I can't understand all the low votes.
