Form and light colorby MelethiaComment: I like this too. I would never have thought of taking this to b&w -- the colors are so soft and pleasing. However, the b&w is much more dramatic. Message edited by author 2009-01-16 18:30:29. |

Trailingby GermaineComment: Love the shadows, the stark wall, and the strong colors. And it looks like something just blew up inside the building, and the walker is totally unaware. |

Form and lightby MelethiaComment: I recognized this as a 'Melethia' right away (before seeing who submitted it). Love the effect, and I'm so jealous how you have mastered this lens in just one day. I'm curious to know how much of this was created by the LB and how much came from the Holga filter. Of course the final image came from you, Deb, and I think it's terrific.

magnoliaby ErinMComment: The tree looks like a giant sparkler. I like what the blur has done to the building and sky. It creates just a few basic lines in the image. |

Window Shoppingby GermaineComment: It's interesting the way the LB made the bicyclist unimportant except as an element in the composition. The significant individual is looking in the window. But rather than window shopping, she looks like she is spying on someone in the store, and reporting to someone else by phone. :) |

sailingby cginoComment: This is amazing. I love it. What sort of post processing did you do. This doesn't look like any of the other LB shots, because the blurred area isn't as smooth. There seems to be a lot of grain (which I like) and circular bokeh 'sparkles'. The colors are wonderful. |

Blank staresby MelethiaComment: They are very tall. I like the effect of one in the limelight and one in the shadow. |
