I don't understand why this image was rotated. It's a nice abstract composition the way it is, but it doesn't fit your title, IMO. I think it would have worked well with the flames on the bottom.

I like this best of your outtakes. There is more light on this face than the other similar shot. Still I am a bit bothered by the chopped off beak. I think the crop is too tight on the bottom. If it could have been composed with the diagonal line hitting the corner, and the eye more in the upper "rule of thirds" power point, I think it would be stronger. The color and detail are great.
