I don't feel the blur adds anything to this image, it just seems out of focus.

I love the image (except the blown out bit on the right). The swirling 'snow' and the action and joy are wonderfully captured, and Topaz made this three dimensional. Thanks for showing it to us. It would be nice if you would share your technique.

I recognized the application of Clean, but I didn't guess the spicify. It seems this turned a rather uninteresting garden photo into a piece of art. I like it.

I like what Topaz did to the bike and clothing of the rider. I think it is too harsh on her face. Masking the background might give the image more depth, and let the 'ambulance' stand out more.
