very, very nice. the colors in the sky are exceptional, and that's the only way this much sky should be allowed (the focus should normally be placed on the cityscape). But it works here very well. starting with a 9.

A pano would have been gorgeous here. I don't think you could have done that within the rules, unless you did some serious cropping. As is, there is just a little too much water. But I certainly like the colors. You should have taken advantage of the special rule, and added some text to let us know what city this is.

the cathedral seems to have been cut off at the knees. A different crop would have worked better, where we can see more of the city, and less sky.
