Awesome! Love the expression, absolutely love the rich colors, and the DOF really brings the focus to her face. Perfect job on the vignette.

As for the crop, I think it's great. I might have offset it a bit more left, or dead-center on her eyes. But I also like it as-is, because her hair gently balances the composition.

The very saturated color is lovely. Beautiful background. What lens/aperture?

The only thing I would do is up the reds in the highlights - she looks a little blue/green cast. Maybe it's my monitors, though... My prints come out a little red sometimes. =)
