Light is wonderful, as is detail on the main bird. He looks ... kind of befuddled by all the bokeh, like he's trying to figure out what it is, or if he should be eating it ;-p Really fun scene, like out of a fantasy realm.

Nits: think I'd give him just a smidge more headroom in the crop if I could, and I'd cut out the bird who appears to be coming in to the scene on the left. Composition feels better to me that way.

I have those duckies! Never quite figured out a way to use them ... they were a gift ;-) Think I might have cloned out that little bit of bright cyan on the blue duck but I otherwise like the light effect.
