Imperfect and simpleby EnlightenedComment: Hydrangea! I've come to really love them, especially in winter when the flowers are translucent and delicate and glow in the afternoon sun. They hang on tenaciously till the next generation surplants them.

It's the leaf that gets caught in the webby NeatComment: Less traumatic than a bug caught in a web, but disappointing for the spider. Pretty light here. Dewy spider webs in the sun are always worth a pause to admire and appreciate. |
