Nice detail; I can even see drops of water coming off her feet. Good sense of motion in the wing. Would like to have had a bit of background above the wing for balance but I'm guessing the duck wasn't cooperative.

The squirrel would stand out better with a shallower DOF. What really stands out here is the glowing eye, which you could fix in advanced editing so it appeared natural. I am guessing you used a flash and that's the reflection. Don't know what equipment you have but a shallower DOF would also mean a faster shutter, which might let you avoid the flash and fixing its aftereffects.

This is somewhere between a detailed picture and a silhouette, and the birds are not standing out really well. Catching them against the sky might have worked better at this time of day.
