Nice detail on the gull. Centered composition isn't doing much for me and I wish the backlighting were stronger to give this more interest.

Nice combination of shapes and textures. I have no idea what the scale of this is; the big leaves in the back look like aloe which would mean this was a small desert-type garden, but the lighting and perspective make it look like these plants are huge. That rather sparks my imagination :-)

Interesting effect; I like the motion but it does not appear to me that you avoided silhouetting your subject. I would probably crop at least a third more off the top to get rid of most of the glaring white and make the horse and rider a bigger part of the image.

Seal candle

Honestly, this doesn't appeal to me. The focus seems to be on the wick and the lighting there looks more interesting than on the rest of the candle, but it's too small a part of the overall image to really see any detail. The candle itself is neither reflective nor of varying density so the light doesn't play off of it or shine through it in interesting ways to me.
