Looks like a study of the lines and shapes to me. Think I'd crop tighter on the top (take off about 1/5th to 1/4th) to make the almost straight up and down line less dominant.

Like the lines and colors. I think I'd like it better sharper or with more DOF. The contrast between the textures of the leaves and the cement would be more obvious and add to my appreciation of the image.

Quite a scenic vista. The actual person is getting a little lost in the trees. You might try a 2nd layer with a bit of blur, erase the person and the parasail from the layer, then merge/flatten with some degree of opacity so the effect of the blur is enough to bring the subject out without drastically altering the overall shot.

Lovely golden serenity; the doe doesn't even look alarmed. It's not a "wow" shot (I think it would need a bit of fussing with maybe levels and selective dodging to get more detail on the deer and deeper tones all over) but I think it nicely captures a moment.
