Nice DOF on the caterpillar. Flowers are a little overbright on my screen but I'm guessing you can't fix that in Basic without making the caterpillar's head too dark.

Nice detail on his scaly skin. Focus seems to be sharpest on his shoulder where I would prefer it on his eye. I'd also crop out the wood as I don't think it adds anything interesting to the composition.
