I swear you've been photographing things in my yard! Again ;-) Don't you just love the whorls in the sedum this time of year? Very cool when the sun comes out just after a rainstorm and the drops are caught deep in the leaves. You've captured the structure of these plants quite nicely.

And reminded me I really should pinch the tops off of them so they don't get too leggy in mid-summer ... but that sounds like work!

Terrific light :-) My irises always seem to end up on the ground when it rains, all smooshed and covered with bits of mulch and dirt. Yours is much nicer!

Lovely, delicate rose. Great detail; I can practically feel the softness of the petals.

The border is a little overwhelming, I think. I'd go with something much more muted, like dark green, maybe, or just skip the border.

I like your DOF and persepctive. Really shows off the many interesting bits of the flowers.

It does smell heavenly, doesn't it? Unfortunately I have some growing where I don't want it and it's trying to take down every tree and shrub within reach, so I need to rip it out. Maybe I should put some in a pot. For photographic purposes ;-)
