I'm sorry to say this, but I find this painful. I think you were trying to go for a soft focus look (which I quite like at times), but this has gone too far. Hopefully you still have the orginal and you can re-do it - perhaps someone could even help you with it if you'd like.

I gave this a 5 because.... well... it's ... blah. The tree is dead center, and there are way too many distractions ALL around it, trying to grab my attention away.
Perhaps being very close to the tree, and shooting upwards at a sharp angle might have minimized distractions and added interest. Perhaps even zooming in on just the spiky top part might have worked, too.

Amongst this confusing riot of color and movement is a central little figure.... the anchor for my eyes. Without that little boy in focus, this wouldn't have worked - HE makes the shot. 8
