Great angle, love the highlights in her hair. The issues for me are the trees and shrubs - the image would have been much better without them, and the colour of the bubbles - they look unnatural, I guess because they're taking on the colour of the sky and the trees.

Maybe a better choice would have been almost all greyscale, and only keep her lips lightly in colour?

I can see the concept you were aiming for however the technical aspects of the image lets it down. The sun so bright and then creating shadows really lets the image down, also lacks strength in contrast.

Took me a minute to work it out, but that's a good thing, made me pause in a busy voting schedule. I don't like the red frame, but the rest is wonderful and I only wish that we could see a bit more of the arm on the top.
