The greens with the yellow are making me feel ill and gives the impression the duck is too (green skin). Shot is pretty good, just not my choice of color matching.

I think I would have prefered the duck being closer to the bottom of the sign and then a tighter crop where you could barely see the top of the sidewalk thus making one still think he was parking in the street. As it is now, the duck is out of focus as the focal point is the sign and I have to go searching for the duck.
Clever idea though.
