ice cube in my glass...by sotsotComment: a darker colour and shorter lens would make it clearer what this is...I get it now that I've looked a bit, but it took me a few seconds. good concept. |

A Glass With Strawberriesby GolferDDSComment: very technically sound picture. it doesn't have that jump-out-and-grab-ya composition, but the lighting, focus, depth, etc are very well executed. |

lots of glassby tiffComment: white may not have been the best bet here for a backdrop. lots of the detail is lost. |

Romantic Glassby SKatragaddaComment: another of my favourites. I'd frame this, and it meets the challenge. by all rights should get a decent score. 7 in my books. my only criticism (meant in the critiquing sense of the word) is the reflection on the wall at the left of the photo. Just moving the candles a few more inches would take care of that. unless of course you meant them to be there, in which case you did it perfectly. :) |

Crystal Lovebirdsby willtataComment: distracting reflections...I think a shorter lens (and consequent clarity in the reflection) might help. that or a non-reflective backdrop. just my opinion...doesn't make it right :) |

golf trophyby trishComment: that big reflection (or hot spot as I keep calling them) on the golfers shoulder could be removed with a diffuser of some sort. Also the corner of your backdrop box draws my eye away from the subject. While I'm at it, a reflector or auxilliary flash (even a bright spot light) would fill in the shadows. don't mean to be so critical...it's just what I'd try to do if it were mine. :) |

Two Glassesby nimrod33333Comment: the reflections below throw me off a bit, and you've got a big hot spot that draws attention to it. nice composition though. |

Dancing Firefliesby GordonComment: i love laser pointers (I'm assuming that's how you did this). nice shot. not too many distracting hot spots on the glass like many of the others I've seen so far. |

Window, Through Timeby LauraKComment: my favourite so far. I'd hang this on my wall AND it meets the challenge. Did you use a wide angle lens? the building has an odd quality...like the outsides are converging or something. maybe it's just that old... |
