the remnants of Easter... :) A diffuser (sometimes just a piece of light-bond paper will do) would help to eliminate some of the bright spots on the glass and wrappers. did you use a flash? if not lower light and a longer exposure works on still life shots like this. just a thought.

a few comments: I'd have shot this from the midpoint of the glasses or much higher or lower. being a little high messes with the perspective in my opinion. Also a diffuser or reflector would help take care of the shadows and hot spots (reflections) good setup either way.

technically born in Columbia, but made cool and tasty in the USA. Great job keeping the hotspots out of this one. very difficult to light clear glass with so many ridges and not have bright bits everywhere. good job.

I'm all for high key images, but I think in this case you'd have had a nicer result without the overexposure. I think it's because of the light colors - the edges of the vase and petals of the flower wash out a bit much for my taste. I like what you were going for though. very nice lighting setup...just a bit too intense.
