Not proper at all. Whenever I go places and see such flags I really wonder what people can possible be thinking. Their views are as warped as these flags, twisting in the wind. I wish the whites were a little whiter and the sky not so grainy, but otherwise an excellent image. 7

This one is well composed and lit however and is funny because it seems like they are in a "shooting match" shall you say, so I'll give you a 7 if you promise never to take another photo in your life on this theme, ok? :)

I don't like the lighting reflecting so strongly off the center of the shoes putting the focal point smack dead in the middle of the frame. I also think it would be much more effective with a person to go in the shoes since shoes can't move on their own and can't make decision or do much of anything so there is really no conflict here. 5
