Begonia Glowby cpanaiotiComment: Unbelivable. The lighting is just out of this world. Really, really good shot! :) |

fis640.jpgby stare_at_the_sunComment: Curiously strange - makes you think. :D The beautiful silvery tones contrast nicely with the soft yellow and green. Message edited by author 2007-09-19 16:35:46. |

by sevilduvarciComment: I love the rich colors... and like so many of your photos, this has captured two worlds. I could sit here forever studying the details of this image and still find more and more. There is the world of the two people - cold, shadowy, and quiet, with evening approaching. Then the world inside, warm and glowing, and yet still filled with shadows. What is so intriguing about this shot is that my attention is pulled almost simultaneously, it feels, between the two worlds, so that nothing really feels quite real. My eye is first drawn to the rich colors of the wooden door thing, but then it tries to slip out the window, although my attention never leaves the reddish wood.
So neat. :) |

Pain or Pleasureby BlackboxComment: So interesting... the title is a contradition, as is the photo itself. The silhouettes weave in and out of focus. Some are sharp, others are fuzzy and soft, so that the same time, I can almost feel a prickly scratch of thorns, and a sort of fuzzy tickling sensation. Very unique and evocative image! |
