I think a poloarizer here could have really helped the sky. there sin't much to look at. If there was a strong focal point like a boat or something I think it would really help. Still a nice photo, but only worth a 5 from me.

This looks nice. I like the colors of the blue, but I don't like how the reflection is so blown out. If you could tone that down a bit I think you would have an exceptional image. Still worthy of a 6 though.

the Egret in the Sea

The horizon looks crooekd here and the blown out sky really hampers the shot. The egret looks soft. I think you could do a lot more with this photograph. Maybe crop the skly entirely out. Shapren the egret a bit. 5.

South Jetty

Very well composed. Lighting looks good, straight horizon. A really nice photo. but it seems to have a grey cast to it that I think detracts from the overall image and prevents the little color that is there from shining. Perhaps this would have been better as a BW. Still a nice photo and worthy of a 6.

Evening

This is a great photo. I really like the blue look as it conveys evening. The pier is a stron line leading into the photo. I do wish however that the sky wasn't cropped so much. If the pier had been a little lower and the sky a little more visible this would have really tickeled my fancy. Still a great photo and worth a 7.

That is pretty wild. How long has that relic been there? the over exposed sky kind of hurts this. I would have cropped the sky more to that it didn't impact my image. still anice photo and wortha 7.
