Oh, I just love this shot! The empty foreground and the darkness almost seem like you are secretly viewing this hidden place for select eyes only. I don't know if it has a touch of Topaz (as I don't have but want), but the almost glow is fabo! Excellent shot!

I love the idea of this and the shot itself. IMHO, (like it matters, lol) The colors are almost a bit too vivid for vintage. :) GREAT shot and one of my pics for the challenge.

Aw, the poor dial is missing. We had many of these, lol. Very simple, very crisp shot. Nicely done. Cannot tell if you subtly desaturated the shot or if the colors are naturally muted, but this works quite nicely. Well done.

Beaute Vintage

I love the idea and the sharpness of the shot. IMHO, this would have looked more vintage with a good black and white treatment in the style of Clark Gable, Marlena Dietrich, etc. Sepia isn't necessarily a "half to" for vintage, but it's one of many treatments that can be used. To me, this would have appeared more vintage in black and white. I like the shot quite well and Sepia will not lose you points! :)
