(Something I learned years ago, if you place a photo in a border or frame and it's not dead center, place the larger space at the bottom of the photo. But, you probably know this! :P ) The "matting and frame" add! Wonderful photograph.

Cool action shot with the flame trail!! Because the sky is so bright, your shadow areas really appear dark. Perhaps a bit of dodge/burn action to fix this. I like the close detail, just not sure on the crop...but don't know how to fix - or not. For some reason this appears a touch "flat" to me. Can you bump the contrast a bit without blowing out parts of this? I'd love to see a shot of the cockpit as a closeup! :)

I like the textures here! The fence gives you leading lines and the fog makes you really pay attention. I'm liking this. Perhaps, you could have stepped to the right a touch so that the fence was a bit more diagonal, but not much. The tones are nice, but needs a little broader black - white range. :) Looks a tad muted to me. (Might be my monitor also, lol!) It's a nice shot and the composition is cool.

I've not yet tried this type of shot for myself yet, but this is very nice! The colors are perfectly placed and the movement and shadows add some great interest. I would like to see more DOF so that all of the paper is in focus, not just the front pieces. I would be interested in your setup for this particular shot. I think it's quite good!!

I had that issue a few weeks ago and didn't get one of mine entered either. . Would probably have been a personal best for me, too. :) Very nice photograph you have here!
