Did you know, some people have phobias of pine cones? I love the textures in this shot. Your crop choice is very good and the neg. space is just right. Wonder what color looked like?

I'm not sure what the red reflection is but it's distracting, yet makes the duck's head stand out. Just a little bit busy. Maybe use a polarizing filter to help smooth out the water a bit.

Nice use of neg. space. The lighting seems a bit flat. Would like to see a touch more of the left side of face, since you see part of the left arm.

I'm distracted a bit by the two branches. Narrow your DOF even more to almost get rid of those. Or step more to the left. Cute little guy.
