Ok, down to business...because of the bright sun, the highlights are a bit blown out on the white. You can easily recover in post process or perhaps stop down the exposure. You've captured the stop action well!!

Heehee...I see your flash reflection.This is interesting. Love the window items, but very hard to see with the blinds. Perhaps shorten your DOF to somewhat blur the blinds and the woman out front. Nice idea, definitely.
