Welcome the Sunby colorcarnivalComment: Nice use of light to capture the detail in this, leaving a bouch of green in the BG is a perfect choice. |

Síochántaby ScooterMcNuttyComment: This is beautiful. The dark shadows at the top feel like an approaching thunderstorm. |

white orchidby AliciaComment: At first, I didn't get it, but this gets more interesting the more I look at it. It makes me think of Tiffany glass. So I can't help but notice the little smidge of shadow at the bottom edge. |

Radianceby bnileshComment: There seems to be a mysterious mystic flame burning at the center of this lily & yet there is plenty of humble detail in the petals. Nice combination. |

paraphraseby krnodilComment: I like the impulsive shadow & light in this, & also the color. The crop is something I feel sure these flowers would love. So do I. |

Rodedendronby trainComment:
Superb botany shot that also effectively captures the life of this gorgeous flower. If only the illustrations in books were so good. Lovely portrayal of the diffused light found in the shade where rhodies do so well. I appreciate the combination of soft shadows and crisp detail. The little hits of yellow are delightful. And it's so clean! |

Neon Madnessby MichielComment: Don't you like the strobe effect on the light trails? I do, but I don't know why it happens, exactly, except that it seems to have something to do with how fast you're moving the camera. Very nice. |
