Yes, red is a challenge. I see lots of detail in this & some very nice reds too so your PP efforts paid off. Every year I spend some time trying for a good amaryllis shot. I've got a pink/white one going, now. They are so showy.

I think this is a fine idea. In the years when I couldn't have a pet, I would've been a steady customer at a cafe like this one. Good for them! The dessert looks yummy. And a very nice shot of Rhumba, too.

I stared at this for a while, curious about the quality of the light. It looked different. Then, I see it is in Japan. I find it fascinating how the color & quality of sunlight is so very different, around the world. I wonder if it is the light in Japan that encouraged so much interest in photography there. And these students are tracing the angle of the sun. How cool is that!

heehee this is so cool. People are always talking about the advantage of a dslr being in the better glass but nobody ever mentions the fun you can have with the old, broken, damaged glass. This is awesome.
