Paul, I think it depends which browser is used. I'm on my phone right now and it looks fine, but during voting on my desktop it came up and was displaying upside down as though it was flipped. I've seen a few photos like this recently. Seems to happen if you upload direct from the iPhone. I'll add a screenshot from my desktop so you can see what it looked like. I think that will help you understand a) the score b) the comments. It did look like it was entered into the wrong challenge.

I personally loathe selective colour adjustments and will never score an image high when presented in this way. I cannot think of a case where the use of selective colour really enhances a photo. Aside from the colour issue, I would like to have seen something in focus. The blurred background is nice, but the foreground elements are not in focus and as they form the main subject of the photo it's really hard to get past those.
