I really like this shot! I think it is a tough one for the challenge though. I can see your daughter as the intention of the photograph. However, the shot is so good, that really everything in the frame is appealing.Nearly everyone in the frame contributes a significant way to the photo. It's brillant, I just don't get that Alone feeling. Cheers are splendid work.

This is really a nice shot. I find it strange it is rated so low as I am not quite sure what would turn off voters. I can understand it does not have the pop most voters are looking for, but it is a wonderful scene.

Very nice colors. The sun feels very organic, almost alive. It gives the photo some personal quality that is missing in landscapes. Quite hard to describe.

My only negatives are the title and the border. Kind of takes away from the abstract.
