Your photo is very compelling. Based on my experiences here at DPC - I'm not sure others will go for it. I'm wondering why you made it soooo dark? There are some lovely old barren trees in the background and the 55 gallon drums along with the wooden planking would have made such a more interesting photo for the voters to look at. I'll give some extra points for boldness and go with an 8.

The setting reminds me of someplace that might be near where Tareq lives. Anyway, I like it. I think it could be a tad bit sharper and the white thing is the sky (?) is a distractor - I'll go with 7
