It can't be legal (looks like selective desat to me) but it's not my place to question. It's a great idea and will probably do well if not dq'd. I think it might have been better without the person. As is stands, I'll score it an 8.

The High Road

Another photo that I want to score at 10 but sort of feel it's 'More Traveled' then 'Less' and originally scored it at 8 but decided not to fight it and changed it to 10. It's certainly less traveled then the roads down in the valley and your 'High Road' message is very nice. It's probably a ribbon contender even though I honestly feel other photos are more deserving. But it's an AWESOME photo! Why not: 10

I could make some comments about religion but I'll refrain. The photo certainly conveys the message - strongly. But, I think it could use a little more brightness and contrast. Your message, even though I may not agree with it, is more powerful then most of the photos in this challenge. For that, I'll bump my original score of 8 up to a 10.
