Stillness in Her Eyes

Deceptively simple, I think, and excellent results. The eyes are in focus and placed in the composition just right (rule of thirds and all that). Good color palette, the skin tones are accented both by the white shirt and the muted green and brown background. I like the wisps of hair going out of focus. Best thing though is the child's expression. I think you placed the camera at just the right height. Good luck

A high score from me. This one keeps improving in my estimation and keeps moving up the chain. Great color palette. The bubble transforms what might have been an otherwise pretty but ordinary photo. Good clarity, lighting, nice use of depth of field. I wonder if composition could be improved by cropping more from the bottom. Just a thought! Good luck,
