Emptyby 4trtoneComment: Doesn't quite work for me, I wish I could put my finger on why -- maybe because, despite the even row of bricks at the top, the photo appears to tilt ever-so-slightly to the left. Still (even so), there is something appealing here. |

Still mountain lakeby willhadlComment: B&w works well, I wish the lake were a bit more still. I think composition would be improved if the foreground plants were less intrusive and the horizon line wasn't centered. |

Closedby MichaelCComment: I had to see your caption before I understood this wasn't a shot of a moving object. I like the colors, though the sky is a bit unnatural. Do you need to clean your lens? I'd say clone out the spots along the top, or is that against editing rules? |

Still Waiting by cheegirlComment: Beautiful sharpness on the white pod silk. Good use of depth of field. Fits the theme. |

Still just waiting for a biteby ShrinkComment: "Still" meaning "continuing" or "even now" doesn't convey here without the caption. Still (calm) does better, I think. A nice image with a pleasant emotional impact. |

Essence of lifeby cmittleComment: Very appealing photo; although I've come to realize it's a water tower, I thought at first it was a space observatory telescope or something similar. |

Hold Stillby postoakinversionComment: I have a good, strong emotional reaction to this shot, though I wish it were technically a bit stronger. The sky and mountains look great, but the foreground figures are maybe too dark and it appears to be jaggies around the man's head (could be his hair). |

Hushby IvoryComment: I like this very much and hope you'll share with us how you did it (I get the concept, but I'd like to see the setup, if possible). Fits the theme just fine. |
