Martini?by nickymwhiteComment: I think this shot would be improved without the spots/beads of moisture on the martini glass. Am I right that the editing rules don't allow for partial rotation? Otherwise, I'd suggest straightening the horizon line as it seems to tilt. Good luck! |

Lotusby honikumComment: Could be sharper. Too bad tilt fixes (rotations) are not allowed. Looks like a fascinating edifice. |

Little Lady Bugby choppersComment: Interesting low angle, but too harshly lit (especially noticeable on the stem and the ladybug's back). We can't really see the more interesting side of the ladybug. |

Swiss Spring Startby DonarComment: Is this percol0768? It seems very similar to your entry in the multiple light source challenge, although this has a little more depth. Unfortunately it is far too small to judge fairly. The snowflakes I think were shot with a flash and look unnaturally huge. |

Sunset ...by scottbhComment: This could use some rotation (too bad it's not allowed). The horizon line at center is a bit dull, especially considering you've got all this black space at the bottom you cut off the top of the tree. |

Still in the Bitby izadoodleComment: Really lovely photo, but points off I'm afraid because it doesn't fit the theme for me, caption notwithstanding. |

santos maskby madleyComment: Hmmm. Not sure how this fits the theme, but a lot more things come to mind before "still". Anyway, a quirky photo, the mask and the suit make a nice juxtaposition, and the eyes looking upward really add to the interest. |

Lilly in the Skyby sacredspiritComment: Good bright color, excellent sky color, and the point of view works. Doesn't scream "stillness", though I presume there was no wind. Not to offend, but lily is spelled with one 'l' (Lilly with two ls is the drug company). :-) |

Quiet Pathby JammurComment: Paths and morning mist always make an interesting photo, I wish the sky weren't so washed out. |
