OMG, that is hilarious. What a trio of expressions. Teenagers are so predictable (but hey, they can get away with it because they're cute, I guess).

More like a painting than a photo. I was going to add this to my favorites but discovered I already had!

Nice snow candid. Not a huge difference in the two crops you showed, but I think I prefer this one, only because in the alternate the receding figure is so close to the edge. Maybe a square crop would work as well?

Nice! If you get a chance to add a Photographer's Comment, I'd love to know if this was shot with a star filter, or if the star effect was added in post-processing. Either way, well done.

{EDIT} PS: Thanks for the explanation of the long exposure = star effect.

I love neon, especially old neon like this. I can see why you were draw to the sign, though the neon looks a bit muddied in the photo.

Great portrait, really. If this were in a challenge I might fault it for needing to be a little sharper in the eyes. I like the subtle use of depth of field. Striking colors.

PS: I just saw your comment about losing sharpness while resizing. Yes, I know that problem, but haven't learned the solution (yet). Could you be using too much compression when you save?

Very well done. The brown background is a refreshing change from the usual black, and offsets her coloring nicely. Also like the touch of purple at bottom. The bright light accentuates the pale/goth look you were going for, I think.

Terrific composition and as others have said your colors are amazing. So nice to see effective color that is not over-saturated. No, I don't see "death" at all.

Interesting, I think this is the first time I've ever read a comment from a photographer on DPC complaining about a model -- unless it was their own uncooperative child. It makes sense that some models *are* difficult and/or look different from their portfolio.

Beautiful. I prefer the composition on this one as compared to your outtake, though the outtake seems a bit sharper. Love the sense of movement in both.

Great shot. Saw this while browsing the "recently commented on" photos. Just goes to show that you can't rely on your score or placement in a challenge to determine if a photo is good.
