Pretty young model, nice choice of colors all around, but the poor blanket and backdrop really kill this. A prop representing justice -- or maybe her two hands turned palms up weighing objects, or even a thumbs-up / thumbs-down pose, could have helped convey the idea of justice.

Since you asked... IMO, the amount of negative space isn't enough to entice voters. As for subject, this is the kind of photo I'd like to have of a friend, but probably doesn't have enough going for it (or happening in it) to make it generally interesting. Just my two cents.
