At first glance this is merely a candid snap, but then one notices all the many interesting elements. Beautiful colors, the background colors seem to compliment the handsome model's coloring. One side of his face is a bit shadowed, but his eye is bright. Unusual placement in frame, and I like how the dark shirt along the bottom indicates his body position. Best of all it avoids looking flat without resorting to overprocessing. Good job.

Nice scene, I vaguely remember seeing this before. The neon looks great, but something odd is happening with the streetlight. Maybe it was overexposed and you burned it to reduce the brightness.

Of course I've seen this technique before (very recently), but I love the light and color in your photo. A minor criticism: I've looked at this several times and it seems that the glass tips slightly to the right.
