Beautifully lit. So the light is bounced from the wall to the left of the photo (not the left side of the man), right? Is there any natural light in the photo? And how did you fill in his left side?

Andrew, such a strange photo... the DOF makes it appear that the large head was cut and pasted onto the background. Also, fair or not, I don't want to see this guy on the front page twice (having already seen him this week detracts somewhat from the one-in-a-billion impact), so I find myself giving this a lower score than it probably deserves. Or maybe not, I really do find it too artificial looking. :-/

Nice shot, I like the composition very much, and how the wave and shoreline create similar diagonal lines. I wonder how this would look if he were fully silhouetted? Might also work well in b&w. Anyway, well done as is!
