Maybe you were going for this look, so if that's the case then just ignore the rest of this comment. This is a really nice photo destroyed by post processing. Completely unnatural looking sky and shore. Looks like you captured just the right amount of motion blur on the water but the processing on that reef or shore or whatever keeps stabbing me in the eye every time I start to glance at the water. Again if this was your intent then go with it, but imo you need to ban yourself from touching hue/sat for a good long while.

Very nice BW. Good eye for composition here, I love how all the various shades are represented in those trees with just the perfect amount of negative space here and there to keep the shot lively. This won't score as well as it should, but here's a 9 from me.
