In the spirit of wanting to learn...

Glad2badad mentioned a very important point which is that half the battle of b/w is recognizing a suitable subject which the technique can best exploit. Skin on green is probably not the best, given the lack of tonal variety.

Focus is on the grass, not the feet.

Composition isn't bad, looks like you were going for a rule of thirds location with placing the feet there.

Obviously this is a mind-numbingly boring subject, but you probably knew that. Feet could be interesting I think, but probably not your own as you would need to find some other angle to shoot from to present them in a way that catches the viewer's interest.

Great subject full of interesting patterns, textures and built to bend shadows and light. Throw it on a mirror and double the fun. Nice sharpness throughout the image. Contrast is good and there's a healthy amount of detail left in the dark areas. Lighting is nice, but it doesn't really exploit the curves in these objects nor emphasize the texture on their surface.

Interesting patterns on the blade of that knife. Nice high contrast still life. Might pop a little more with a tighter crop, not sure all that negative space is enhancing the shot. Overall, nice.

Nice tones and good clarity. There's a sense of imbalance here which jars strongly when presented with a reflected image. Your intent? Perhaps this image would be better served by playing around with the crop?

Nice glow indeed. If possible you should steal this thing and get it in front of a solid black background. I do like the reflections though, they add another dimension to the image.
