Cool! What the heck is it? :) The arrangement of the clouds couldn't be any better! You might be able to fiddle with levels adjustment or selective color a bit to make the whites a bit brighter (assuming you have Photoshop) - it's a very cool shot, but a bit dark overall, would love to see the whites in the foreground subject pop out at you.
