I think this is a lovely abstract and emotive, and you get above average marks from me for it, but I must admit the emotion it generates (for me) is the opposite of serenity. Curious to see, hopefully in your notes, how you see serenity in it.

What is even more startling is that this symbol of great pain and suffering is being carried so nonchalantly by someone dressed in tourist garb. And what appears to be a technicolor "Jesus" graphic is pretty incongruous too. Interesting catch, leaves you wondering. "He that followeth me shall walk the wrong way down Seventh Avenue."

Heh, I saw this and voted on it (9) before I saw your entries in the IR thread, and when I came to those I thought they looked strangely familiar...now I know why. :) Thought this was quite lovely and luminous.
