Pot Shot!by Ecce_SignumComment: Actually the close-in composition makes for a pretty nice abstract. There you go with the puns again... :) |

Night Lightby Ecce_SignumComment: Awesome light effect! We all need to figure out how to do that deliberately, fill a whole frame with it. |

Doorwayby GermaineComment: Doorway to a distant memory - nice old-photo feel to it. |

2. slice of Novemberby ZigomarComment: Is that rooster real? Good shot on him, if he was moving at the time. Here I think though that path might work against you in the composition - my eye wants to follow it to the back, but the lensbaby blur drags me over to the left. |

1. slice of Novemberby ZigomarComment: I can see what you mean - for me it's like the view I had as a kid, lying on my back in the backseat of the car and looking up through the window at passing sky and tree tops. Somewhat disorienting, but with this strange clarity at the same time. Lovely composition with all those branches reaching in. |

Bulb exposureby Ecce_SignumComment: Puns improve on everything. :) Can't honestly say this one does a lot for me, beyond the pun, but maybe try an unusual location to add interest, like put it in the bathtub. Actually now that I think about it, the bathtub might be an interesting idea, all that white would act as a surrounding light reflector, and maybe drop your exposure time a bit. I also wonder how this would do in b&w. |

State Streetby GermaineComment: Yeah, definitely the rougher the edge, the more diffusion, but fuzzy can be good. ;) I like this impression of a town landscape, it's got a nice variety of colors, makes for an engaging abstraction. |
