I'm impressed that you thought of using the thumbnail as the hook to then fool people with the full-size one. I don't think any of the other illusions depended on that difference.

However, as a father of two girls (6 and 9), I LOVE this shot! So it's going in my faves, too.

Have you bought a baby backpack yet? I used mine a lot and was able to take our girls all over the place. Less neck strain! Just get one from a company who makes normal backpacks.

I'll ring as another person who had to look several times to see that the "drops" are actually holes as opposed to sticking up from the metal surface.

Really great creativity to see that this would be interesting. Like other shots in your portfolio, this shot shows that you're far from locked into "stand straight and shoot what's in front of you" - you really find interesting angles and ways to fill the frame.

And that's why this is going in my favorites and you're going on my favorite photogs list. :)

The potential for an interesting shot is here, the stuff of interest is too little of the vertical extent. It might have worked better to crop so the mountains and reflection take up more space. You'll also get more zing by moving the shoreline out of the center of the picture. You can still get the mountains and the reflection in the shot without that.

And, as I'm sure you'll hear repeatedly, the horizon is tilted.

Congrats! This was one of my highest-rated photos.

Please correct the exposure info, though. Or did you really get three exposures on one frame within 2 seconds? I ask because that kind of info really helps those of us trying to learn how to get multiple exposures.
