I think you did a great job making it look like someone who just vomited.

I'm not bothered by the line in the background - in the real world, people don't live on pure white backgrounds. I'm also not bothered by the "busy" nature of the milk carton - that's real, too.

I like skewsme's alternate title "Sour Cream" though. :)
