Blue Lady by glodaComment: You pulled it off! I've so badly wanted to do a shot like this (Seeker's shot has bee in my faves for a long time), but my own experiments showed what you mention - that painting parallel lines is very, very hard. Can you describe your invention a little more?

Frost hydrant sweatby snafflesComment: Susan, I think you've found an interesting angle, but I keep wanting more contrast. The tones seem all down in the dark end. Also, I agree with dr rick about the angle - I wonder whether there's some way to keep the fence out of the picture?
Finally, what's a "frost hydrant"? A well that keeps running in winter? |
