High Riseby wlevyComment: The perspective of this shot causes me to feel the tower is leaning. I like the grays and the silhouette but I don't get Triumph at all. |

At The Auctionby dphillipsComment: A fascinating shot that has the feel of leaning a little to the left. But where is the "Triumph" in this shot? |

Victory!by AgaerisComment: I get the feeling the title is doing it's best to convince me that the car is the winner of the race. Unfortunately the photo's composition is not doing its part to help tell that story. Excellent focus and great colors. |

Applause Please!! by nutzitoComment: Wow - quite captivating. Great colors. The lights in the corner are distracting for me - I would have cropped them. All in all a pretty darned good entry for this challenge. |

Happinessby mfulcherComment: I agree with the title - but I don't quite get "Triumph." I love the fact that the DOF allows you to see the homes in the valley below and behind her. |

Ever Upwardby edpeace52Comment: A fascinating photo. But am I wrong in assuming this is an upside down view of a suspension bridge? How does this say "Triumph?" |

My First Step!by veggieComment: I love it. I instantly knew what was going on when I saw this - before reading the title. Nice capture! |

Kaaba in Meccaby bongeeComment: A fascinating photo - though I wish it were in better focus. How does this say "Triumph?" |

Symbolizing the Triumph of Freedomby SamDoe1Comment: Ok - it's a bit of a stretch for me but I'll give the nod and say this fits the challenge (after reading the title). You've done a good job of getting detail in the browns without completely blowing out the whites - Bald Eagles are tough. I wish the photo were just a little more crisply focused, though. Also, I assume there is a reason why we are not seeing legs and yellow feet? |
