At first blush this photo says "Intimate." But the rest of the time my mind is trying to solve the riddle of where on the body this intimacy is happening and what article of clothing is involved.

This is a great shot of the flowers and I like the black and yellow border. But the lack of intimacy is made more pronounced for me by the stretching of the concept of "spooning".

I really like this. I like the female's leg and the position of her arms. I like the juxtaposition of the formal clothing against the rusty train. But I think an even tighter crop - getting rid of the angle of the top of the train car - would draw more focus on the intimate couple against the wonderful textures of the train car.

Bugs copulating does not evoke "Intimacy" for me. With that being said, this is a pretty cool macro shot. I especially like the dents in the water and the opalescent wings.
