The shoulders seem to be out of focus when compared to the face. I think that if this were advance you could probably correct that a bit by burning the bottom edges a little, but in basic it really draws my attention away from the face.

Energy Drink + Hair Curlers = Rose. Now I get it!

I think the exposure is what is causing me to not go above the middle score range with this shot. Also the shadow on her face is a bit distracting.

Very nice job, I think it worked out well. I might have worked a bit with the saturation and the white balance to create a bit less orange cast to the skin, but other than that it is a great portrait.
